The privacy policy is prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter - GDPR), personal data of the Republic of Lithuania the Law on Legal Protection, other legal acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania, related to the processing and protection of personal data.

(this privacy policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) provides information on how your personal data is collected, used, stored and otherwise processed when using the website www.domusid.lt (hereinafter - domusid.lt) managed by the Partnership.

We process only those personal data of yours that are necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.

  • Contact details: phone number;

  • Representation data: the content of the representation document and its annexes;  Email address;  address;

  • Request data: request date, time, number;  the content of the request and its attachments;  date, time of the response to the request, content of the response to the request; data necessary to fulfill the request;

  • Familiarization with the documents: a sign of familiarization with the rules of purchase and sale, the Privacy Policy and (or) our other documents;  date and time of familiarization with the purchase and sale rules, Privacy Policy and/or other documents of ours;

  • Social network account data: account name, account profile photo, your expressed reactions ("likes") to published information, comments left by you, content posted by you on our account;

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Identity identification data, contact data, representation data: conclusion and execution of a purchase-sale contract (GDPR Art. 6 d. 1 p. b), fulfillment of a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6 d. 1 c p.), legitimate interest to protect our rights when a dispute arises or is likely to arise (GDPR Article 6 d. 1 f p.), request data: during the execution of the request;  1 year after the execution of the request; if there is a dispute or there is a possibility of such a dispute - it will lead to a statement, complaint, etc. the submission deadline, the statute of limitations, the final decision will take effect.

We inform you that we will not be able to examine your request (request, complaint, consultation, etc.) and provide an answer to it if you do not provide or do not allow us to process your relevant personal data or you provide us with incorrect or inaccurate personal data.​

​Sale of Goods and Purposes of Services

​We collect your personal data in order to accept your orders, administer and fulfill them, provide related services (delivery, collection, delivery, return, etc.), process payments, issue invoices, communicate with you regarding the order and fulfillment related issues, etc.

  • identity identification data, contact data, representation data, purchase data, document review data.

Basis for processing personal data:

  • conclusion and execution of the purchase and sale contract (GDPR, Article 6, d. 1, p. b);

  • fulfillment of a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6 d. 1 c. p.);

  • legitimate interest in defending our rights when a dispute arises or is likely to arise (GDPR Article 6 d. 1 f p.).

Personal data storage term:

  • during the validity of the order;

  • 10 years after the order expires;

  • if there is a dispute or there is a possibility of such a dispute - it will lead to a statement, complaint, etc. the submission deadline, the statute of limitations, the final decision will take effect.

We inform you that you will not be able to place an order with us and we will not be able to enter into a purchase-sale agreement with you or fulfill the purchase-sale agreement concluded with you, if you do not provide or do not allow us to process your relevant personal data or you provide us with incorrect or inaccurate personal data.

​We collect your personal data so that you can receive our newsletters.

Basis for processing personal data:

  • Your consent (GDPR Article 6 d. 1 p. a).

We inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing by opting out of direct marketing messages (newsletters, offers, etc.) at any time. Terms of Storage of Personal Data

We apply different retention periods for personal data, depending on the specific purposes of personal data processing. 

Personal data may be stored for a longer period of time than specified in the Privacy Policy, when personal data is necessary for the purpose of asserting, executing or defending legal claims, or there are other grounds established by legal acts. 

At the end of the set or extended period of personal data storage, personal data is destroyed (deleted) without the possibility of restoring it.

  • You have the right to demand that we limit the processing of your personal data when there is at least one of the following circumstances: (1) You dispute the accuracy of the processed personal data (the processing of personal data is limited to the period during which we will check the accuracy of the personal data); (2) personal data is processed illegally and you do not agree to the deletion of personal data; (3) we no longer need personal data for the purposes of processing them, but you need them in order to assert, execute and defend legal claims; (4) You have objected to the processing of personal data (the processing of personal data is limited to such a period during which we will check whether our legitimate reasons for processing personal data are superior to your reasons)

  • You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format and to forward that personal data to another data controller when the processing of personal data is based on your consent or in the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or in order to take action on your upon request before entering into a contract, and personal data are processed by automated means. When it is technically possible, at your request, we can directly forward personal data to another data controller specified by you. In this case, we do not assess whether the data controller to whom your personal data will be transferred has a legal basis to receive your personal data and whether this data controller will ensure adequate security measures for your personal data. We are not responsible for further processing of transferred personal data by another data controller

  • You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. You also have the right not to consent to the processing of your personal data when it is processed for the purpose of our or a third party's legitimate interests, except in cases where your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, which make it necessary to ensure the protection of personal data, prevail over them, especially when the data subject is a child.

​In order to exercise your rights as a data subject, submit to us a signed free form request or a completed and signed application form prepared by us to exercise your rights as a data subject (contact us in the ways indicated below and we will provide you with this form).

  • when applying in person - to submit an original document confirming personal identity.

  • when submitting a request by means of electronic communication - to submit a copy of the document confirming the identity of the person, signed with an electronic signature.

We inform you that the request can be submitted by your legal representative. When submitting a request on your behalf, the representative must confirm his identity to us and provide us with a document confirming the basis of representation. 

We inform you that anonymous requests, as well as requests that are not filled out, illegible, unsigned, written in a language other than Lithuanian, etc. are not considered. In case of doubt regarding the identity or basis of representation of the person who submitted the application or his representative, we have the right to ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person who submitted the application and/or the basis of representation.

In order to protect your personal data from illegal processing, as well as from accidental loss, destruction or damage, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures.
