What materials do we use to make furniture?We work with various materials, such as: chipboard (MDP); medium-density wood dust (fiber) board (MDF); glass; metal; wood veneer; plywood; furniture laminate; etc.

How long does it take to make furniture?The term of furniture production depends on the complexity of the furniture and the materials used. Usually, the standard production term after signing the contract (advance payment) is 30 - 35 working days.

What are the payment terms in the contract?According to the Agreement, we apply the following payment terms: Advance deposit - 40% of the stated amount of the total price of the Goods (total price of the goods including VAT) To ensure the conclusion and fulfillment of the Agreement, it is paid within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Agreement. Interim payment - 40% of the indicated amount of the total price of the Goods (the total price of the goods including VAT) is paid no later than 5 calendar days before the installation of the furniture. The final payment - a deposit of 20% of the indicated amount of the total price of the Goods (the total price of the goods including VAT) is paid no later than within 3 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Transfer of Works - acceptance, or from the day when such an act should have been signed.

How to prepare for furniture installation?Before the installation of furniture, the buyer undertakes to clear the place where the furniture will be installed and to remove the baseboards (according to the agreement), as well as to provide the installers with detailed diagrams of electricity, heated floors and other communications (located in the place where the furniture will be installed).

What warranty do we apply to the furniture?We apply a 24-month warranty for non-mechanical damage to the furniture. According to the law, the guarantee is regulated by Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
